Meet the team behind the Manx Educational Foundation.

 

David Butterworth

Since founding Skanko Business Systems as Managing Director in 1985, David Butterworth has helped to drive and shape the way in which businesses on the Isle of Man engage with IT both locally and in an international capacity.

A commercially aware and well respected and community figure, his guiding principles of maintaining a strong client focus whilst remaining committed to staff training and development have earned him a reputation as one of the industry’s foremost pioneering and enterprising businessmen.

Ron Berry

 

As part of a long career in Marketing Communications, Ron is now the Managing Director of Isle of Man based licensed commercial radio station 3FM. The company is also the Island’s leading multimedia business and alongside the radio station, 3FM specialises in social media, and multi-platform content delivery.

Prior to this, Ron spent a number of years working for the Isle of Man Government within the Department of Economic Development advising on and managing the Island’s ebusiness inward investment strategy.

Steph Gregg

Steph comes from a banking & financial services background spanning over 20 years. More recently she has worked for King William’s College heading up International Student recruitment which involved extensive global travel promoting both the school and the Isle of Man as a location.

Working with MEF, Steph will draw on her business and educational experience in order to grow & develop the foundation’s IT professional courses offering to both island students and businesses.
